Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely resolutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. - Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid grasp of declarative development tools such as Process Builder and Flow. - Experience in designing and developing Lightning components and Visualforce pages. - Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing settings. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of education is required.
