Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. - Oversee the development and testing of applications, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth application performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance application functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities and configuration. - Experience in leading end-to-end implementation projects. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Experience in designing and developing custom enhancements and reports. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in working with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of SAP EWM best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
