Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions and providing technical expertise to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and providing guidance and support to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure the successful configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. - Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes. - Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions. - Hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications. - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. - Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
