Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the project and coordinating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing resources, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders and managing resources. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the project. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within the defined timelines. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of SAP MM functionalities and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules. - Hands-on experience in SAP MM integration with other modules. - Knowledge of SAP MM best practices and industry standards. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation. - Experience in SAP MM data migration and master data management. - Knowledge of SAP MM reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of education is required.
