Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Lead the team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Knowledge of SAP PP module and its integration with other modules. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP to meet business requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
