Summary: As an Oracle Financials Cloud Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Oracle Financials Cloud applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the Oracle Financials Cloud applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Financials Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Database technologies. - Expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Financials Cloud integrations with other systems. - Strong understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud security and compliance requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
