Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Develop and deploy microservices and light-weight architecture solutions to meet business requirements. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Solid grasp of web application development using frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
