Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. - Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in project management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Order Management. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing complex projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Recommendation: Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in BlueYonder Order Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
