Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP EWM, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for SAP EWM-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - Should have been part of major implementation project related to Warehouse operations especially on the inventory management. - Industry level experience with the operations of warehouse task. - Knowledge on SAP is an added advantage Like SAP Inventory Management. Must To Have Skills: -Strong experience in SAP EWM, including design, development, and implementation. - Experience in leading SAP EWM projects, acting as the primary point of contact. Good To Have Skills: -Experience in SAP WM and MM modules. -Knowledge of ABAP programming language. -Strong understanding of SAP EWM best practices and standards. -Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules and third-party systems. -Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. -Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP EWM solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
