Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications and will be responsible for Leading the effort to design, build and configure cloud-based applications while acting as primary point of contact. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Develop maintain and support programs tools for clients - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the applications by implementing best practices and industry standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Azure PaaS, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience in cloud application design and architecture framework. - Experience in leading the design, development, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Experience with services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer, Data lake, Data Bricks, Stream Analytics. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
