Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Multiplatform Front End Development React and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. As a Frontend Developer, the resource will be responsible for crafting and implementing user interfaces, collaborating closely with design and product teams to bring UI/UX designs to life in functional web applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js, leveraging TypeScript and JavaScript to create responsive and interactive web applications. -Translate UI/UX designs into functional components, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. -Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, employing best practices and performance-enhancing techniques. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. - Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between the layers of the application. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability. - Utilize React, Javascript and general design patterns effectively to build robust and scalable frontend solutions. - Ensure the quality of deliverables, conducting code reviews and implementing quality assurance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js or Typescript - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in ES6 features, Modules, Functional Programming, Asynchronous programming, Working with arrays and objects, Interaction with DOM and DOM manipulation, Error Handling in Javascript. - Experience in React Functional Components, React Components Lifecycle, Hooks and Custom Hooks, Virtual DOM, Diffing and Reconciliation, Context and State Management Libraries in React - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Solid grasp of software development best practices and design patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
