Summary: You will be responsible for leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions to create tangible business value for the client. Your typical day will involve defining opportunities, developing business cases, and ensuring service fulfillment using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture, Java (OSS/J) interfaces, web-services, and XML/SOAP. Job Description: Strong understanding of telecom E2E OSS/BSS service fulfillment involving capturing, processing, and tracking customer orders in the telecommunications. Should have a solid foundation for network operation automation. Project Role Description Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business, and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Must have skills Telco OSS/BSS Service Fulfillment (Provisioning and Activation) Strong understanding of HPE Suite (HPSA) Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process - Oversee the successful delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: OSS, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture - Good To Have Skills: Understanding of highly scalable workflow engines, Experience in Business Architecture, Business Process Management, and Business Analysis. - Design, solution, Integrate, data modeling, networking experience required; Telecom OSS with Inventory and Integration Knowledge Required - Strong understanding of Activation protocols, understanding of Network layer Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Fulfillment and good understanding of Interactive Unified Mediation suite. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Business Process Management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions
