Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters - Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage the team and make decisions to ensure successful application development - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team - Additional Responsibility 2: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure DevOps - Strong understanding of cloud computing and Microsoft Azure architecture - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications on Microsoft Azure - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake - Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft Azure PaaS services - Recommendation 1: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts - Recommendation 2: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Bachelors Degree is required
