Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team and collaborate with them to perform effectively - Manage team decisions and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes - Mentor and guide junior professionals in their career development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery - Strong understanding of data analysis and database management - Experience in designing and developing scalable applications - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services - Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java or Python Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Google BigQuery - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - Fulltime Education is required
