Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements and provide solutions. - Manage the team and make key decisions to ensure successful application development. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into application requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the application development process. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS. - Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Redux, Angular, or Vue. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with UI/UX design principles. - Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or .NET. - Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
