Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with MySQL, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality applications using MySQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the application development lifecycle. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact the quality or delivery of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in MySQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other databases like Oracle, SQL Server, etc. - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MySQL. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
