Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for implementing robust Workday HCM and Security configurations, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your typical day will involve leading the application development team, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and overseeing the entire application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application development team and ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, build, and configure applications based on business needs. - Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from development to deployment. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday HCM Security. - Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Security configurations. - Experience in implementing robust Workday HCM and Security configurations. - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. - Experience with application design, development, and deployment. - Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Implemented robust Workday HCM and Security configurations optimizing HR processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards is required. - Mandatory to have Workday related certifications.
