Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM. - Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data lifecycle management strategies. - Hands-on experience with SAP ILM tools and technologies. - Knowledge of data archiving, retention, and deletion processes. - Experience in data migration and data quality management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP data archiving solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
