Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Google BigQuery. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Google BigQuery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Google BigQuery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake. - Strong understanding of application development best practices and standards. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in application development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful application projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
