Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing agile programs and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the agile program management and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. - Manage project risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile Program Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Experience in managing project risks and issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
