Role: Application Lead Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have Skills:Warehouse Management Solutions Good to Have Skills: No Function Specialization Job Requirements: '', Key Responsibilities: Lead WMS on center of Excellence and work with innovations, sales proposals and build assets Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where - analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Interacts with key business and IT stakeholders on solution design matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach Conduct the Business Requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshops Technical Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing large scale warehouse management solutions in leading industries Hands-on functional experience with Manhattan WMS/WMOS suite of applications and Implementation experience of Manhattan or Koerber WMS solution is a must Experienced in integrating Manhattan/Koerber WMS solution with other downstream execution/planning applications and ERP Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex planning scenarios An architect that can provide thought leadership around best practices, developed or supported business team in overall business processes, and defined functional requirements that needed Professional Attributes:Excellent verbal and informal written communication skills Excellent project Management skills Educational Qualification:Bachelors Degree or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience Minimum of 4 years of hands on experience in Manhattan Warehouse WMS Active and WMOS or Koerber Additional Info: N/A
