Summary: Key Responsibilities 1. Support & extend running applications, assist in the design & development of new applications while working in an agile environment. 2. Engage in monitoring, optimizing, and supporting our production environments. Technical Experience 1. Must have experience on Twilio Flex for Administration/configuration development of custom solution that integrates with existing CRM . Also have knowledge on different communication channels which Twilio flex support. 2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. 3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. 4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Professional Attributes 1. Strong skills on spoken, written English communication. 2. Should be self-motivated and self-driven, team player but also able to work independently without handholding / supervision. Educational Qualification 1. Regular 15-year full time education. Additional information: 1. Work in India late evening hours for scrum/meetings overlap of some hours with USA based client team. 2. Should be able to independently interact with client Tech Lead in USA overlap hours.
