Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Core HCM and Workday HCM Testing to ensure the smooth functioning of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM. - Perform Workday HCM Testing to ensure the smooth functioning of the application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the application meets business requirements. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the application. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Workday HCM Testing, Workday Core HCM. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Strong understanding of business processes and application requirements. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
