Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. You will build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Your typical day will involve working on various aspects of CI/CD, cloud technologies, and container orchestration to enhance the development process and ensure smooth deployment of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines. - Automate the deployment, scaling, and management of applications using cloud technologies. - Implement and maintain container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. - Ensure the security of systems by implementing security measures and monitoring for vulnerabilities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and continuously improve the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. - Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. - Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Btech is required.
