Summary As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of iOS applications from concept to delivery. - Architect and implement new features and functionality in collaboration with product managers and designers. - Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and reviewing code contributions. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and stability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in iOS development. Technical Experience - 7-8 years of relevant experience in iOS development, with a proven track record of shipping successful applications. - Proficient in Swift and Objective-C, with a strong understanding of iOS SDK and frameworks. - Experience working with frameworks such as Xamarin.Forms/MAUI, Xamarin.iOS, or similar. - Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, interface guidelines, and best practices. - Experience in publishing one or more iOS apps in the App Store. - Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. - Experience leading a team of developers, providing technical leadership and mentorship. - Solid understanding of mobile app design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and services integration. Professional Attributes - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. - Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. - Strong leadership and management skills.
