Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level. You will play a crucial role in streamlining processes and improving efficiency through automation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes. - Identify areas for automation and create detailed plans for implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop automation scripts and workflows. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automation solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies. - Train and mentor junior professionals in automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Experience with automation tools and frameworks. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP security and authorization concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
