Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Integration ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow ITOM. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to enhance our IT service management processes.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate and comprehensive asset management.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations management and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure application solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security policies procedures and best practices related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents providing timely resolution and implementing preventive measures.
  • Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow security best practices and emerging threats.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored security solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Participate in the development and execution of security strategies to protect sensitive data and critical systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies and application security.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools to enhance overall security posture.
  • Ensure that all security measures are in place to protect the companys assets and customer data.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in ServiceNow Integration ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Have a solid understanding of IT service management and IT operations management principles.
  • Demonstrate expertise in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to security incidents effectively.
  • Have experience in Asset & Wealth Management (nice to have).
