Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 11 to 14 years of experience in CyberArk and Privileged Access Management within the Hi-Tech domain. The role involves ensuring the security of applications through effective management of privileged access. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts.Oversee the development and enforcement of privileged access management policies and procedures.Provide expert guidance on best practices for securing privileged access in high-tech environments.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.Monitor and respond to security incidents related to privileged access ensuring timely resolution.Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on privileged access management and security protocols.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging threats in the Hi-Tech sector.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.Create detailed reports and documentation on security incidents assessments and improvements.Support the development of security strategies and roadmaps to enhance overall security posture.Engage with stakeholders to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of security measures.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with CyberArk solutions and privileged access management.Should possess strong knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements in the Hi-Tech domain.Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to security incidents effectively.Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Must be able to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on security protocols.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.Must be detail-oriented with the ability to create thorough documentation and reports.Should have a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging threats in the Hi-Tech sector.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Must be able to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities effectively.Should have a customer-focused mindset to understand and address stakeholder needs.Must be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security measures.
Certifications Required
Certified CyberArk Trustee (CCAT) or equivalent certification in Privileged Access Management.
