Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Apigee Hybrid environments
- Perform SRE activities including monitoring, incident handling, root cause analysis & troubleshooting
- Provide middleware support across integrations and backend systems
- Deploy, manage, and optimize services on Kubernetes platforms (AKS / OpenShift)
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform enhancements and operational excellence
