What would you do? Global People Analytics (GPA) is a global team of over 100 Accenture HR and Operations resources responsible for providing HR talent analytics and modeling, and insights-driven consultative services to senior HR stakeholders in every segment of Accentures business. The team serves as a single advisory point of contact for our stakeholders in all matters relative to reporting, metrics, and analytics. You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that supports lateral recruitment of Accentures Operations entity and will be responsible for building the strategy towards fulfilment of demands and exercising thought leadership in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to its clients. This team is accountable for delivery of talent across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams. In Talent Supply Demand Forecast you will be creating and maintaining demand and supply forecast (chargeable and non-chargeable) by analyzing long term talent plan, capability plans and evolving business conditions to forecast resource requirements. You will be taking steps to size resource pools to meet anticipated demand (numbers, skills, location, costs) and working with fulfillment channels to ensure those steps are being executed.

Roles and Responsibilities: The Solutions team within GPA provides HR Analytics and Decision-making support to the global HR Operations team and HR Leadership. Main responsibilities include providing high-quality, decision-making information and business operations support to help HR leaders make informed business decisions. The general scope of the work includes developing dashboards of the key HR indicators and design/implementation as an appropriate presentation of the findings. Pulling data from the different HR dashboards and use GCP tables and views to provide relevant insights to support the HR leadership. It will also become a SME of HR Analytics related topics for the rest of the GPA, answering questions or sharing relevant information (related to metrics, dashboard, processes, etc.) with the broader team. This role also works closely with other sub teams within HR such as CHRO, HR Functions and adjacent non-HR teams such as CIO, Finance or Business Operations CFs, based on the nature of decision support required.
