Analyst/Senior Analyst: Market Intelligence

Your primary mission is to master the art of the insightful conversationtransforming "soft" human intelligence into "hard" evidentiary insights.

• Master High-Stakes Interviewing: Conduct targeted, high-level "industry outreach" with senior and mid-level professionals. You will discreetly gather market intelligence to support complex due diligence projects for Private Equity (PE) clients.
• Execute Strategic Outreach: Deploy proactive communication strategies (including sophisticated cold-calling and open-source inquiries) to extract essential information with minimal supervision.
• Investigate the Full Picture: Leverage your research skills to vet target companies, focusing on management reputation, operational integrity, supply chain transparency, and ESG/financial risks.
• Synthesize Actionable Insights: Draft compelling, client-ready reports that bridge the gap between conversational findings and documentary evidence for PE and Investment Banking audiences.
• Drive Team Innovation: Contribute to internal training and the continuous refinement of the firms proprietary investigative methodologies.

We are seeking natural communicators with an analytical "detective" mindset- individuals who can build rapport instantly and ask the precise questions needed to uncover the truth.

• Educational Foundation: A background that emphasizes communication and linguistic proficiency. Degrees in English (Hons), Journalism, Public Policy, or Law are highly valued. Candidates from BBA, BCOM, or MBA backgrounds are encouraged to apply if they possess a deep understanding of business risk.
• Experience: 02 years of experience in research or strategy consulting (including full-time roles, internships, or high-impact academic projects).
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing and editing skills. You must be able to structure complex, nuanced insights into clear and concise narratives.
• Resourcefulness: You are "street-smart" and comfortable conducting discreet primary research, analyzing stakeholder networks, and triangulating intelligence from fragmented sources.
• Due Diligence Mindset: A fundamental understanding of integrity due diligence, reputational risk assessment, and the ability to synthesize source-based findings.

• 01 Year Experience: INR 3.5 4.0 LPA + performance-linked variable component.
• 12 Years Experience: INR 4.5 5.5 LPA + performance-linked variable component.
• Note: Final compensation is reflective of the candidates research depth, writing proficiency, and communication mastery.
