Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Tender Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will identify bid opportunities, prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely submission of high-quality tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate tender opportunities (RFPs/RFQs)

Prepare and submit complete tender documentation

Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams

Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements

Maintain bid tracker and tender documentation database

Requirements:

0 - 2 years experience in tendering or bid management

Strong documentation and analytical skills

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Experience with e-procurement portals is a plus
