Our India team forms the operational backbone of Babaclicks cross-border fulfilment engine, enabling international movement of goods through disciplined processes, logistics intelligence, and execution-first workflows.

Were hiring a Fulfilment Ops Analyst to play a core role in executing and strengthening Babaclicks international fulfilment engine, operating at the intersection of global logistics partners and internal teams.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants real exposure to global fulfilment operations not surface-level logistics coordination.

What Youll Do

• Own international shipment execution across UK, US, and EU lanes
• Coordinate with global warehouses, carriers, and internal fulfilment teams to ensure on-time and accurate dispatch
• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and escalations
• Investigate and close issues related to misroutes, missing scans, delays, or carrier discrepancies
• Maintain accurate shipment trackers, logs, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Communicate clearly and confidently with global stakeholders via email, calls, and messaging tools
• Ensure strict adherence to fulfilment SOPs and flag recurring issues or process gaps
• Support time-sensitive operational decisions with clarity, structure, and follow-through

• Comfort working with international teams and time-zone-driven operations
• Exceptional conversational English clear, confident, professional communication is non-negotiable
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability (tested during hiring)
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven
• Ability to stay calm and structured in fast-moving operational environments
• Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset not task-oriented
• Gurgaon-based or able to commute reliably (on-site role only)

• (Alternate Saturdays may be required based on operational load)
