Analyst - Credit Insurance

Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE

• The role requires someone who has experience in administrative duties and data reporting. Some knowledge of credit management/ credit insurance would be beneficial.
• Ensuring AR files upload in a timely fashion and helping markets solve rejections in a prompt manner.
• Responsible for Access control for DebiTEX and other system housekeeping.
• First point of contact for markets for DebiTEX issues – locked access, error messages etc.
• Preparing monthly reports for Key Markets for review by Global Insurance Team.
• Working in a small team and collaborating with other departments throughout Dentsu globally
• Meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn-Around-Time (TAT), accuracy and other scheduled deliverables.
• Timely escalation of issues to Global Insurance Team, Reporting Manager and providing action plan for resolution of issue.
• Essential to have good communication skills including clear and concise written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS excel . Basic SAP BPC knowledge an added advantage
• Person should also have basic accounting knowledge

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure AR Files are uploaded in a timely fashion and rejections are resolved promptly
• Responsible for the access of all users to DebiTEX
• First point of contact for DebiTEX issues – locked access, error messages etc.
• Regular system housekeeping
• Preparing monthly reports for Key Markets for review by the Global Insurance Manager Assist with the monitoring of compliance to the terms of the policies
• Contact with brokers and insurers
• Help with any other ad-hoc requests by the Head of Global Insurance, Global Insurance Manager, such as preparing presentation slides for meetings and assisting with projects
• Performs BPC Vs DebiTEX- identification of uninsured entities by partnering with the Markets, pointed out the missing AR submissions for insured entities and recommends new AR convertors, thus reducing the risk exposure.
• Managing the Credit Insurance premium calculation based on the Global Turnover Forecasting and Actuals for current year - budgets for all markets in APAC, EMEA and AMAS.
• Effective communicator, multi-regional business communication (the candidate must be able to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds with very different working practices and etiquette)
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Organized and effective; gets to the point quickly and takes responsibility.
• A “team-oriented person” who is also able to work under their own initiative
• Proficiency in MS excel

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Com/M Com/MBA from reputed institute with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO/KPO Industry handling Client reporting or credit insurance management.
• Effective communicator, multi-regional business communication (the candidate must be able to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds with very different working practices and etiquette)
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Organized and effective; gets to the point quickly and takes responsibility.
