Job Role:

Youll anchor circuit-level design for SRAM compilers, owning characterization, SPICE-based verification, and day-to-day execution with minimal guidance. This role blends deep technical hands-on work with independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Circuit design for SRAM compilers using advanced techniques
• Characterization and performance analysis across corners
• Verification using True SPICE and Fast SPICE flows
• Daily design tasks with minimal supervision from the Project Leader
• Collaboration with architecture, layout, and verification teams

Qualifications:

• MTech/BTech in ECE or related field
• 5-10 Years in SRAM compiler design
• Strong circuit-level design and SPICE-driven verification experience
