Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech with 1-3 years of industry experience in analog/mixed signal verification.
- Experience in modelling and validation of analog blocks (RNM, Verilogams etc.)
- Experience of co-simulations with analog model/transistor level
- Familiarity with verification methodologies like digital mixed signal verification(DMS) using UVM
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities
- Verification of complex mixed signal designs and sub-systems.
- Analog Behavioral Models (SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS, Wreal, UDNs, EEnet)
- Validation of real number models vs SPICE models.
- Experience with SPICE simulations using industry simulators such as SPECTRE.
- Define test plans, tests, and verification methodology for block/chip-level verification of Mixed Signal Designs.
- Work with the design team in generating test-plans and closure of test and functional coverage.
Additional Qualifications & Experience:
- Verification Planning tools (ePlanner, vManager)
- SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)
- Understanding of Verification concepts (functional coverage, code coverage, driver, scoreboard, monitor) is a plus
- Experience in System Verilog and in testbench development is an advantage
