With over 9 years in the industry, were now expanding our airline ticketing division and looking for a dedicated Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, and refunds using Amadeus / Galileo.
• Share best fare options and routing solutions with the sales team and clients.
• Manage PNRs, queue follow-ups, fare rules, and schedule changes .
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for confirmations and fare disputes.
• Ensure error-free documentation and smooth handover to clients/operations .

Requirements:

14 years of experience in Air Ticketing / Reservations .

Proficiency in Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (Amadeus preferred).

Good communication & coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
