You dont need to code. From idea to working product, Mattr supports the entire journey. It combines a powerful AI app and agent builder with hands-on human support and expert guidance so anyone serious about building can actually ship.

• You actively use generative AI and LLMs in marketing. Not just for copy, but for real execution like AI ad videos, automated user flows, analytics, insights, and experimentation.
• You go deep in at least one growth area and are hands-on across others. Could be paid ads, content, influencer, or community led growth.
• Strong working experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads is expected. Organic channels should not scare you.

• Run relentless experiments across channels. Ads, messaging, landing pages, funnels.
• Find non-obvious growth opportunities instead of just scaling what everyone else is doing.
• Build and execute organic acquisition strategies.
• Optimize post sign-up flows to drive real revenue, not vanity metrics.
• Most importantly, build high impact software with Mattr and use those products as growth engines.
