AI-First PHP Development Intern

Nablasol is looking for an AI-First PHP Developer who leverages artificial intelligence tools, automation, and modern development frameworks to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for developers who combine strong PHP fundamentals with AI-assisted development practices to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design intelligent, scalable software solutions.
• Use AI-powered development tools (e.g., code assistants, automation platforms) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Develop application layouts, workflows, and prototypes aligned with functional and technical requirements.
• Write clean, well-structured, secure, and testable PHP code following best practices
• Integrate AI APIs and third-party services to enhance application capabilities
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing systems by identifying and resolving bugs efficiently.
• Ensure seamless integration between multiple systems and vendors with smooth data flow.
• Automate repetitive development and deployment tasks using modern DevOps and AI tools.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into development workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks such as Zend, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-based testing tools).
• Experience integrating APIs (RESTful services, third-party integrations).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Basic understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to write optimized, secure code.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Quick learner with adaptability to fast-evolving AI technologies.

Education & Experience:

• 36 months of experience in software development or programming.
• Bachelors degree in technology or related field.
• Demonstrated interest or practical exposure to AI-driven development practices is a plus.
