Job Summary

We are hiring anAI Voice Agent Specialistwho hasbuilt and deployed at least one AI voice agent in a live/production environment. The role requires hands-on experience withn8n automation,Indian-accent voices, and platforms likeVapi or Bolna, delivering real-world voice automation solutions.

Mandatory Requirement (Important)

Candidate must have worked on at least ONE AI Voice Agent project that is LIVE and used by real users (production-ready).

Key Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and maintainproduction-grade AI voice agents

Design call flows usingplatforms likeVapi,Bolnaetc.

Orchestrate backend automation usingn8n

ImplementIndian voice TTS/STT(English-India, Hindi, regional languages)

Develop voice agents for:

oLead qualification

oCustomer support

oAppointment booking

oOutbound follow-ups

Integrate with:

oCRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

oGoogle Sheets / Databases

oAPIs & Webhooks

Handle real-time call logic, interruptions, fallback flows, and retries

Monitor live calls, debug issues, and optimize latency & accuracy

Improve conversation quality using prompt engineering

Required Skills

12year's experiencein AI Voice / Conversational AI

At least one LIVE AI voice agent projectin production

Hands-on experience with platforms likeVapi,Bolnaetc.

Strong experience withn8n

Indian voice TTS/STT experience

API & webhook integrations

Prompt engineering for voice conversations

Good to Have

Experience withTwilio / Exotel / Plivo

Knowledge of Indian regional languages

CRM & telephony integrations

Basic JavaScript (for n8n Code nodes)

Experience scaling voice agents
