About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, creatively driven AI Video Editor who can do more than generate footage - someone who can direct it. You'll use AI video generation tools to produce cinematic, high-quality content, stitching scenes into coherent narratives with full control over character consistency, visual quality, and editorial rhythm.

This role sits at the intersection of filmmaking instinct and technical fluency with emerging AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Generate AI video footage across creative briefs using tools like Sora, Runway, Kling, or equivalent
• Edit and sequence generated footage into films with strong narrative structure
• Maintain character and visual consistency across multi-scene productions
• Collaborate with creative leads to translate written briefs into cinematic outputs
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback while maintaining quality standards
• Stay current with the fast-evolving landscape of AI video tools

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video work - not just generation, but editing and storytelling
• Strong understanding of shot composition, pacing, and film grammar
• Proven ability to maintain character consistency across AI-generated frames
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Comfort working with ambiguous briefs and translating them into visual ideas
• Fast turnaround capability without compromising on quality

Nice to Have

• Background in traditional video editing or filmmaking
• Experience with AI image-to-video workflows (ControlNet, consistent character pipelines)
• Familiarity with sports content or branded film production
