We are looking for an experienced AI Team Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Python to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. The role involves technical leadership, team mentoring, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Oversee model training, evaluation, optimization, and production deployment
• Ensure best practices in ML lifecycle, MLOps, and code quality
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics (any)
• Hands-on experience in model deployment and MLOps
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
