The Role

We seek a founding UX Engineer with an "AI First" bias to design and implement next-generation, autonomous, generative user experiences, specifically AI-driven copilots and dynamic UIs . This role bridges complex agent actions with intuitive user interaction, allowing seamless oversight and steering of AI workflows. You will rapidly deliver tangible, value-driving experiences to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative UI/Copilot Design: Build dynamic UIs and copilot experiences focusing on human-agent collaboration and exception handling (e.g., using a Copilot Kit).
• Full-Stack Development: Implement high-fidelity, production-grade front-ends ( Next.js, React, TypeScript ) integrating with serverless backends ( Node.js/FastAPI, AWS Lambda ).
• Agentic Interaction Design: Translate complex agent workflows into clear, actionable user experiences, communicating agent confidence and progress.
• High-Reliability Integration: Develop robust data access layers for secure fetching of structured ( MongoDB , SQL) and unstructured enterprise data, reflecting real-time workflow state.
• Serverless Deployment: Deploy and manage services via AWS Lambda and micro-frontends for high performance.
• Client Experience: Map client bottlenecks to intuitive copilot features, delivering working Proof of Value (POV) deployments (2-4 weeks).

What Youll Bring

• Expert Full-Stack UX Engineering: Proficient in Next.js, React, TypeScript , Node.js ( AWS Lambda ), and FastAPI (Python).
• Generative UX/Copilot Experience: Hands-on experience designing bespoke UIs for LLM/AI applications, including prompt engineering for UI generation and using toolkits like a Copilot Kit.
• AI & LLM Understanding: Fundamental grasp of LLM applications (RAG, tool-use) and ability to design UIs mitigating failure modes (hallucination, state drift).
• Architecture Chops: Experience with serverless ( AWS Lambda ) and database integration ( MongoDB , SQL) for reliable data access.
• The "AI First" Mindset: Default to agent-based back-end solutions; design UIs to maximize agent effectiveness.
• Implementation Grit: Comfort translating vague client needs into impressive, working demos.
