scale.

This is not just about building in the background. Youll be working on problems that directly shape product direction and business outcomes.

What youll actually be doing:

- Building and shipping real AI features across text, voice, image & video

- Designing prompts, conversational flows, and multimodal workflows

- Thinking through scalable systems and clean data pipelines

- Connecting AI experiments to real business impact

- Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and content teams to turn ideas into working

solutions

What matters more than years of experience:

- A strong solution mindset, you see a problem and immediately think how do we build this?

- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out from scratch
