What Youll Do

Associate (24 Years Experience) Master the Craft

• Support agent design, prompt creation, and evaluation
• Test conversation flows before deployment
• Monitor live performance dashboards and optimize containment rates
• Assist with workflow mapping, documentation, and integrations
• Learn compliance frameworks and enterprise deployment standards

You will develop skills in:

Prompt engineering, evaluation design, workflow automation, enterprise AI systems.

Senior Associate (46 Years Experience) Own POCs

• Lead mid-market deployments independently
• Conduct discovery sessions with client stakeholders
• Design and deploy AI agents for proof-of-concept use cases
• Integrate AI systems with CRM, telephony, and APIs
• Drive projects from demo to production with data-driven iteration

You will master:

Client consulting, system integration, technical ownership, measurable outcome delivery.

Lead (6+ Years Experience) Scale Enterprises

• Own strategic enterprise accounts
• Lead large-scale AI deployments
• Provide consultative guidance on AI-driven transformation
• Manage complex stakeholders and workflows
• Establish evaluation rigor and continuous optimization frameworks

You will drive:

Enterprise AI strategy, relationship management, business impact, large-scale transformation.
