Role Overview:

Ctruh is looking for a technically sharp AI Product Manager who can sit at the intersection of deep AI/ML knowledge, hands-on engineering, and product vision. You will own the product roadmap for our AI-powered 3D and spatial computing platform - defining, shipping, and iterating on features that leverage LLMs, computer vision, generative AI, and real-time inference to create transformative user experiences.

This is not a checkbox-driven PM role. You will write code, prototype AI integrations, and dig into model outputs side-by-side with engineers. You care deeply about craft, speed, and impact.

What Youll Build:

AI Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product vision for AI features across the Ctruh platform - from generative 3D to intelligent asset processing
• Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, diffusion models, vision models) into intuitive product features with clear user value
• Write detailed PRDs with model behavior specs, evaluation criteria, and fallback strategies
• Prioritize AI initiatives by technical feasibility, latency constraints, and business impact
• Drive quarterly AI roadmap planning and coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering and design

Hands-On AI Prototyping & Development

• Write Python/JavaScript code to prototype AI-powered features, run experiments, and validate ideas before full engineering investment
• Integrate and evaluate AI APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate, HuggingFace, Stability AI, and custom model endpoints
• Build proof-of-concept pipelines for generative 3D, text-to-texture, AI-based asset optimization, and scene understanding
• Write and maintain prompt engineering libraries; design and run systematic prompt evals
• Use notebooks and scripting to analyze model outputs, error patterns, and quality metrics

AI Feature Delivery & Quality

• Define evaluation frameworks for AI features: accuracy benchmarks, latency SLAs, hallucination rates, and regression suites
• Partner closely with ML engineers to shape model fine-tuning goals and training data strategies
• Establish feedback loops from production AI outputs to continuously improve model quality
• Design A/B experiments for AI feature rollouts and analyze results with statistical rigor
• Own incident response for AI-related product issues diagnose root causes and drive resolution

User Research & Product Insights

• Conduct user interviews and usability sessions to understand pain points in AI-assisted 3D workflows
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable product insights
• Define success metrics for AI features: task completion rates, user trust scores, engagement lift
• Collaborate with design to craft AI-native UX patterns that handle uncertainty, errors, and loading states gracefully
• Champion user privacy and responsible AI principles throughout the product lifecycle

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the connective tissue between research, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers
• Drive launch readiness: documentation, support enablement, and customer education for AI features
• Represent AI product strategy in investor, partner, and customer conversations

Coding: Python (primary), JavaScript / TypeScript, Jupyter Notebooks, FastAPI, REST/GraphQL APIs

3D & Spatial: Three.js, WebGL, glTF 2.0, Blender Python API, point cloud processing, NeRF/Gaussian Splatting concepts

Data & Evals: SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Weights & Biases, Braintrust, PromptFoo, custom eval harnesses

Cloud & Infra: AWS / GCP, Modal, Replicate, Cloudflare Workers AI, Docker basics

Product Tools: Linear, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel / Amplitude, PostHog, GitHub

What Were Looking For:

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in product management with a strong focus on AI/ML products shipped at scale
• Demonstrable hands-on coding ability: you have written Python to call model APIs, parse outputs, and build prototypes
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior: context windows, temperature, RAG architectures, tool use, evals, and fine-tuning
• Experience defining and measuring AI product quality, not just shipping features but owning their real-world performance
• Strong technical communication: can write a PRD that an ML engineer finds useful and a designer finds clear
• Comfort with ambiguity, ability to make principled product decisions with incomplete information
• Experience collaborating with applied ML or research engineering teams
• Strong analytical mindset: data-informed decision making, hypothesis-driven experimentation

Highly Desirable

• Experience with 3D, spatial computing, WebGL, or AR/VR products
• Familiarity with computer vision models (segmentation, depth estimation, reconstruction)
• Background in generative AI for content creation text-to-image, image-to-3D, text-to-texture
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published AI product writing
• Experience building developer-facing AI products or APIs
• Knowledge of responsible AI, bias evaluation, and model transparency practices
• Prior startup experience or product leadership in fast-moving teams
• Background in e-commerce, retail tech, or product visualization

Technical Challenges Youll Tackle:

• Building AI pipelines that generate, optimize, and validate 3D assets without human-in-the-loop bottlenecks
• Defining quality benchmarks for generative AI outputs where good is subjective and context-dependent
• Balancing model latency, cost, and quality across a spectrum of device capabilities
• Designing AI UX for real-time 3D workflows where errors are visually obvious and trust is hard-won
• Scaling AI-assisted 3D product creation to millions of SKUs with diverse materials and geometries
• Navigating rapidly evolving foundation model capabilities and deciding what to build vs. buy vs. fine-tune
