Job Profile:

• Were looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP and some Computer Vision . Youll build scalable AI solutions using transformer-based models, LLM-powered chat systems, and vector databases , primarily in Python . A research-driven, proactive mindset is highly valued.

• What youll do:

o Build and optimize document classification & information extraction pipelines

o Build Agentic AI for FinTech usacases

o Train/fine-tune NLP models (Transformers/LLMs) for classification tasks

o Implement LLM + vector DB based RAG chat systems

o Apply Computer Vision for document/image-based use cases

o Deploy scalable ML services in production

What were looking for:

o 3+ years of hands-on ML/NLP/LLM experience

o Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face and the likes)

o Experience with any vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)

o Some exposure to Computer Vision/OCR

o Proactive thinker with a research & innovation mindset

o Semi-OCR with the quality of work and code
