Role Overview

1. VeriFast Technologies is seeking a Senior Verification Engineer to help build next-generation agentic AI products focused on ASIC/SoC verification productivity, simulation performance optimization, and automated debug.
2. This role blends deep verification expertise with modern AI-driven workflows to create intelligent tools that analyze regressions, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve verification efficiency across complex hardware designs.

You will work closely with verification architects, AI engineers, and product teams to design scalable verification methodologies and develop automation frameworks that integrate with modern simulation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced UVM-based verification environments for complex digital designs and IPs.
• Contribute to the development of AI-assisted verification agents focused on:
• Simulation performance optimization
• Regression triage and debug automation
• Root-cause analysis and failure classification
• Design and maintain verification methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop Python-based automation frameworks for regression analysis, log parsing, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLM-driven workflows into existing verification infrastructure.
• Analyze simulation bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Work with internal product teams to translate real verification challenges into scalable product features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy for VeriFasts AI verification platform.

Strong expertise in:

• SystemVerilog and UVM methodology
• Testbench architecture and constrained random verification
• Coverage-driven verification and regression management
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, data processing, or tooling.
• Hands-on experience with commercial simulators (e.g., Questa, VCS, Xcelium).
• Strong debugging skills across RTL, testbench, and infrastructure layers.
• Experience working with large-scale regressions and performance analysis.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI-assisted EDA workflows or verification automation tools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, LLM integration, or ML-driven analysis pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in simulation/emulation.
• Background in verification infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based verification environments.
• Exposure to formal verification or hardware acceleration platforms is a plus.
