Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client’s expectations and add value to business.

Job Description:

Skills: Gen AI, Java, Spring Boot, REST API, React JS, Thyme leaf

Good to have: AI, ML, NLP, Time Series, Statistics
A minimum of 10 years software development experience
Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand ups and retrospectives.
Work closely with product owners to ensure requirements are met with transparent communications.
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with ML frameworks (sklearn , xgboost , TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Salesforce Tech – Apex, LWC and Integration
Knowledge of ML algorithms and techniques
Good to have experience in Eclipse, JIRA, Jenkins, CI/CD, Docker and GitHub.
Good in troubleshooting and resolving software defects.
Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
Experience with monitoring and tracing tools like Splunk.
Experience with continuous integration, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred.
Exposure to Finance domain areas like Banking, Investment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
