About the Opportunity

We are hiring an AI Engineer to work at the intersection of applied AI research and enterprise deployment. This role blends research intuition with real-world execution building, optimizing, and deploying specialized AI agents for enterprise customers.

You will work directly with enterprise clients, owning both strategy and execution. From defining model and agent specifications to diagnosing model behavior and improving performance, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge AI systems into production environments.

What Youll Do

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and define AI agent strategies
• Design and implement specialized AI agents tailored to enterprise workflows
• Benchmark foundation models and curate datasets aligned with customer objectives
• Improve model performance through context optimization, SFT, and reinforcement learning
• Analyze agent behavior, detect reward hacking, and diagnose failure modes
• Translate research insights into scalable, production-ready AI systems
• Contribute to advanced applied AI experimentation and optimization techniques

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in Python and ML-based product development
• Solid background in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering (MS/PhD preferred)
• Deep understanding of ML/AI fundamentals model evaluation, fine-tuning, and training
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production environments
• Ability to bridge research and engineering with customer-facing execution
• Strong problem-solving mindset with analytical rigor
